Contests, kittens & other crazy day stuff!

I’ve had a crazy day! I helped Ann Aguirre launch her new website, I made my hubby adopt a kitten and I read about 1/2 of Kelley Armstrong’s first YA book. (Also thanks to Ann Aguirre, who let me pick 3 books that I’ve been meaning to buy from Amazon for my birthday. YAY!)
There are a few contests floating around. Like:

- Get in on ARe’s HUGE Spring Contest! We’re the featured author today!
- Book Chick City’s having a Men of Urban Fantasy week and Keith Melton is giving away a copy of Blood Vice. For all of Keith’s many evil faults (like the fact that he’s bribing Alisha Rai to turn against me. HARUMPH) he writes a damn good book.

Yes we morn our leather couch… but love our cat!
We have two older kitties who are a little hard on the couches already…but we try to keep them from COMPLETELY destroying them. LOL

OMG, squee! Totally adorable kitten! If I didn’t already have 2 cats & a bird, I’d be tempted to get another kitty just because of that pic!
We have 2 cats, so we SO didn’t need a third one. But what can you do? LOL

I have 3 cats and they are all different from meows to temperment. This is a cutie..
We just got a new kitten ourselves. Our first kitten cried when we left, and was pathetically happy to see us when we came back, and I broke down and had to get her a companion. Now we have happy kitty wrestle-chase through the house all night long.
2 cats, leather couch soon to be history, want more kittens but hubs said no. Love the picture as the sweetie looks so “innocent”! Cats are comical and yes destructive in the house but better company than most people who are only dog lovers think..
